The CM-5 is a panoramic version of the CM-4 mask, intended for civilian and industrial use.

First version head harness, similar to the CM-4
The CM-5 is made of durable rubber, which is either black, tan, or czech green. The mask comes in sizes 4 and 5. It features an oral nasal cup, a moon style panoramic lens made from polycarbonate, a CM-4 valve assembly, 5 point head harness, and a neckstrap.

The mask comes with a canvas carry bag, an MOF-4/MOF-5 filter, and a manual.

A modified one with a drinking tube

A modified one with a better head harness and the ability to take optical inserts
CM-5M with a drinking tube
There are also multiple versions of the head harness, most likely as time progressed. The first one uses the CM-4 head harness, the second one uses a certain proprietary full rubber harness, and the third, latest, one, uses the same harness as the OM-90.
