The DM3 is a Czechoslovakian made rebreather, it is a licensed copy of the Drager Leder O-Maske.
Overview[]
It is made for mine usage, but is also used by other industries such as fire departments. The design of the mask is very similar to the O-Maske, with the main difference being that the mask is made out of black rubber instead of leather and the strap system is completely revamped. The mask is issued with multiple types of hoses, the split one that is shown in the infobox, and hoses more reminiscent of the earlier OPT rebreather as shown in the gallery. The masks most striking feature is it's big singular lens, that has a small arm in the center to act as a wiper. The lens is crimped on to the mask with a ring, and a small wire is welded onto said ring to act as a guard. The lens is very fragile, as the small lever acts as a perfect pressure point that if hit has a very high chance to crack or shatter the lens.
Kit[]
It comes in a large wooden box similar to other Czech rebreather boxes, it is filled with various tools, spare fittings, a small plastic bag with spare seals, the mask, hoses, and of course the rebreather itself.
