The Skyddsmask 51 was a Swedish and Norwegian licensed copy of the M9A1 Field Protective Mask.

The Swedish variant of this mask sported a 60 mm thread.
The mask comes with anti dimming paste and, eye protection and a gas injector for nerve gas. It also had indication paper to indicate mustard gas and nerve gas.
Norwegian[]
The Norwegian variant of this mask, called NM16, sported a 40 mm thread.
