The GT-3 (Russian: Гражданский Тип —"Civilian Type") was a civilian hood gas mask based on the Sh-1.
Mask overview[]
The GT-3 was composed of a rubber hood with two main appendages, an exhale valve on the side and the eye pieces. The lower appendage served as the connection to the filter, while the upper one is the typical Russian "Finger", used to defog the lenses when needed.

The filter was a box attached at the bottom in a similar way to the Zelinsky Kummant.
