The Model 128 is a Dutch industrial gas mask. The facepiece is made by Hevea, and the filter by N.V. Electro zuur- en waterstoffabriek in Amsterdam. The filter is large and would most likely protect the user for a fairly long time. The filter hangs rather awkwardly at the chin. The mask did not have an exhale valve and was therefore not very popular. It was produced for less than a year, before it was replaced by the Model 130.
