The Model 128 is a Dutch commercial gas mask. The facepiece is made by Hevea, and the filter by N.V. Electro zuur- en waterstoffabriek in Amsterdam. The filter is attached through a chin port. The mask did not have an exhale valve. It was produced for less than a year, before it was replaced by the Model 130.
The model 128 was marketed to various countries as "Universal gasmask canister". It's been spotted in Guangzhou, China, in 1935 as a commercial purchase civil protection mask.
